Gradually updating from time to time. Hate to say that, but it seems 100% completed to me.

I like the organized, collage, of chaos on the front, and center piece, surrounded by uniformed chaos on the back. Good job getting that many pieces to fit together on one jacket !!

I think you probably still have some room on the back, to do what you did on the front, with the collage type of a look. Just so it looks balanced from front to back, but I'm guessing, even though you have so much on it already, you might just be still adding... ??? You definitely have some money in it !!

Nah I keep the back in order intentionally to "protrude"the backpatch, and leave the front chaotic in contrast with the back.

Minor update to the front, Cryptopsy on the down left is replaced with Sorcery holding both Entombed at hands, Cryptopsy is moved above Cancer, between the Cemetary patch and pin.

This vest is absolutely killer. Sewing patches over pockets in order to keep the pockets working can be really pesky. But it pays off!
I also like the detail that you took the vintage shaped Dismember logo and add it on the Like An Ever Flowing Stream patch. Really good work!
