I've just found pictures of my leather jacket and an old version of my black and white vest that I posted here a few months ago on some random blog. He said they were good and left the TShirtSlayer watermark in the pictures, but I wasn't expecting to see them there. It shouldn't really be surprising, this is the internet after all, and I guess it's a compliment. Not sure how the Doctor feels about it, though.
Yes! my vest/Kutte were Used for a Simpson picture were 3 Guys visiting monthy Burns! Had to laugh when i Discovered it! Post a link when im back home also for another funny picture when the 80s Pop Group modern Talking Specially Dieter Bohlen wears my Kutte :D

I think calling us a subculture shows their quality of "journalism". 75000 people at Wacken (however one might think about it these days) and the massive media coverage before, during and after is proof enough that metal is not some funny little subculture anymore.
I've seen band pictures I've taken on tumblr. Pretty weird, you browse the site and see your photographs, at least people could use credit when they use someone's vest pictures or whatever pictures in general.

They are in Europe, they have to obey the copyright laws. Make a screenshot. Tell them about the screenshot and threaten them with your lawyer. That will scare the shit out of them and they will take the photos down. You can even send them a bill.
Though it would be something else, if you renounced all copyright claims when uploading to Tumblr, like you do on Wikipedia. I don´t know about this, you have to read the small print from your upload sites.
They're not just mine. I reverse Google Image searched the other pictures with the TSS watermark to find out who owned them. The other users whose pictures have been used are:
