I don't know the shop but... Have you checked your spam mails? Or logged in to your account on the shop's website if there's some information? I'd say it's everything but normal for a serious shop to let you wait for so long (unless maybe they're on holiday, but that had to be mentionned big on the website...)

I have been looking for a Horn(Deu) patch lately and I know there were some released around the time of the release of the Naturkraft album. I hate to have to bootleg the FUCK out of it but I will if there is no way to find an official one. I have contacted Horn's official merchandiser, einheit produktionen, but haven't gotten a response yet. The patches look like they were just written on a piece of frayed material with some white-out. And the Carcass patch my brother ordered was way more illegible than it's supposed to be.
