I had bought a Sound of Perseverance patch and then saw the new Avatar back patch and liked how they were kind of similar, and I had this old shitty leather and that's how this one got started.
The jacket is super warm and has this unzippable vest inside for extra warmth
Everything on the jacket will be separated into sections of colors. Hadn't seen anyone make backshapes staggered off-center on opposite sides either so I thought I'd do something different.
Back: Half Reds, half whites/blacks/browns/neutrals
Front: Half Greens, half Yellows
left arm: Blues
Right arm: Pinks/Purples
The two sections on the bottom of the back were frankensteined in to replace this elastic shit that was there before. It was warping the patches too much. I cut the pieces out of an old pair of dickies work pants. I saved the cargo pockets too, might throw them onto the inside.
As far as the inside vest, I originally wanted to fill it up too, but I'm scrapping the idea just because it doesn't look good to wear as a standalone vest, and I want any work I've done to be visible anyway.
Pretty much any death/extreme metal in any subgenre and maybe some deathcore on this one.
Also including some (technically non extreme metal) bands that were gateway bands for me.
Studs were going to go on in this update, but they are a BITCH on the areas I wanted them on, so I opted to fill those spots up with pins instead.
