Slayer Old School BATHORY Denim UPDATE APRIL 2012

My Denim featuring original patches I bought way back in '84, '85' 86 & '87. a couple of newer ones as well, bought around 10 years ago. Studs were added years ago to complete the look, they were popular in the 80's, but not seen as much today. Most of the pin badges are vintage too, I keep changing them around, as I have about 130 in a bag too choose from. I also cut down the sides and added some lacework, just because I think it looks cool. The Bathory artork was done using a black felt tip pen and a little white paint. I hope you guys like it! UPDATE - Just filled up alot of excess space with more pyramid studs. Not much left to do i would say...

Wow, awesome! The artwork on the back is really great.

Although I don't like really this many pyramids on the front, but I think that's only on the picture, in reality that surely looks better.

I wouldn't change that, I think the white one IMHO fits the bright denim better than leather would...

Yeah, I know where you guys are coming from on the white laces. They have always looked ok in person, but in the photo's they do look a little "soft" for lack off a brtter description! Maybe I'll thread it up with some Barbed Wire! Now that would be pretty cool... what you think?

DUDE, I have that same Judas priest patch exact!!!!
I was told it was vintage but didn't believe it! is that one of the patches you got from back in the 80's??? (The Killing machine one)

I got the Killing Machine patch about 10 years ago. I had to take off a Ride The Lightning patch to put it on. I figured I had enough Metallica on there already! I do have heaps of other Judas Priest patches, lots from the 80's, and am thinking about doing a Priest only Tribute Jacket, like the Twisted Sister one I've got going on.

This jacket is seriously awesome, the metallica strip and exodus patch are sick, and that killing machine patch is something id like to own, i hear alot of old school patches are still being sold at open air festivals in europe

I'm really sorry man, I cannot recall where that Slayer patch came from. I got it about 10 years ago, pretty sure from somewhere in New Zealand.

out of all the different jackets on this site I think this one is my favorite, not a bad patch on it, though im not a huge fan of the Frost.. still this thing is amazing. the studs and lace are cool too I think.
