Metallica First Vest with switchable backpatch system (still WIP)

Started this (my first) vest in 2024 when buying this depicted Master of puppets backpatch (signed by Rob in Dublin 2026 during their night 2 show!) at the Metallica Popup store in Copenhagen alsong with 2-3 other pagches from record stores in town.

Since i don’t wanna stick to one single backpatch, and i don’t wanna make like 20 vests, i created a system with which i can switch out the backpatch fast. Despite that it is still secured well (has survived pits and insane shows, so far so good).
As of right now i have like 8-9 backpatches to choose from. The backpatches themselves and their thread structure are not harmed apart from the typical sewing of course. (one pic with one alternative Metallica Justice backpatch shows an earlier stage of production)

The vest itself is pretty straightforward…a bigger mix of subgenres, my favorite bands, and this vest will be worn for non death metal shows mostly, since i‘m already planning and collecting for my upcoming mostly death metal only vest (patches can already be seen in my profile or IG). Some bigger changes will be made to this one in the near future tho.

It also contains various autographs that i have collected so far.
Including Metallica, Soulfly, Nailbomb, Exhumed, Gruesome, Pungent Stench, Disharmonic Orchestra, Fulci, Gates to hell, Sanguisugabogg, Suffocation, Corpse Pile, Cryptopsy, Immolation
