Hey metalheads, I want to dedicate this thread on how to make high quality printed patches. I don't want to have to spend any more money on bootleg patches. I've heard of embroidery machines but I don't know much about them. I would like to know more on this subject.
Ive made 3 that I wear on my Battle Jacket. A Descendents Milo patch that i made from a cut up shirt and a sharpie, a Pantera CFH patch that i hand embroidered on an old piece of denim with a needle and thread, and a Korpiklaani patch of the little cave drawing lookin guy from several of their album covers out of paint and a piece of cloth. the best quality one is the CFH logo but it also took me several hours to make while the other 2 clearly look DIY but only took like 30 minutes or less a piece. Its just a matter of preference if you are going to be making your own but experiment with several different ways until you find one you like.

embroidered or woven is all that matters. i have a few boots both embroidered and woven and they're great.

I like the look of embroidered band names, I'm sure that isn't a tiny minority opinion.
