I cut it off of the sleeve from an old air force flight jacket that I thrifted. The top is open to use as a pocket, the zipper seals a smaller pocket, and the flap is over pen holders or something like that. I sometimes use it to hold my phone, and small merch like patches and picks usually go in the zipper
