This is an official Heartwork tee that was given to employees at a number of record shops to promote the release of the album in 1993. Super rare and in a pretty well worn condition, yet the prints have stayed remarkably intact. Got this from a friend last year.

Thanks! I've always liked the minimal look of it... Since it's a "promo" shirt for Heartwork, I figured they probably wanted it to be cheaper to produce, hence just black on white...
