Don't get me wrong, I also collect records but CDs have so many benefits. Take up less space, you can take them in your car, and they're almost always cheaper!

Nice collection mate, some fantastic albums, I collect cds mostly too because their easier to store, that being said I need another rack so bad but I do have a few vinyl n cassettes also.

I'm starting to run out of space for my cds as well. luckily you can find a cd rack, be it large or small, at practically any thrift store

Yeah I do tend to go to thrift stores for em, I have 1,167 cds... And more on order.

Holy shit! I've only got like a 1/10th of that and I stress about where I'm gonna put mine. Maybe I shouldn't stress about it so much haha

Damn nate that's crazy, haha. I have about 200 at the moment.
I go to record stores (some friends work at one I frequent with great used selection), buy cds, rip em to mp3 and if I don't need the copy I sell them back, keep them in circulation. Unless I plan to listen to the album repeatedly in the car or a certain CD player, I tend to only keep albums of artists that I'm collecting a run or discog of, for the storage reason, haha. For repeated listening Cassette is actually my favorite format though.
The vast majority of my collection is in mp3... 196 GB. I have never torrented anything

That's a really cool thing, especially with hard to find stuff. I do like cassettes because it's what I grew up with.
