Hahahaha.... Yes it is. a Japanese anime. It is the very first soundtrack CD they ever released. I love the anime. That's why I bought it.

i know its an anime, i just wondered what it was and why it was there. quite nice you got your hands on it. i never watched this, but i i could get a soundtrack cd of one of my favorites, i would definitely buy it.
