Has anyone purchased a custom patch from here? What was the cost and quality?

Two years ago I purchased two backpatches (Manowar - Battle Hymn, Judas Priest -logo) on this website for less than 30 euros. They came rather quickly (3 weeks I think) and both products are of great quality. They even added a mini Dio patch in the mail. I highly recommand them !

Has anybody done business with these guy recently - are they legit?
Ordered from the almost a month ago, but have not received any communication apart from the paypal confirmation. (which does list the patches etc, so they probably use the paypal shopping system.)
But have written them thrice by now without any response, so am wondering if I should cancel the payment...

I placed an order for 4 patches at the end of June this year.
No confirmation of sending/shipping or whatsoever.
At the end of July, I contacted them by email to ask confirmation that the order has been sent
They replyed that the order was sent and it would take aprox. 4 - 10 weeks to arrive
Begin Oktober 2023 I contacted them again, because I did not recieve the order yet..
I asked if they could sought out what is going on.
They replyed the same day that due the time it has taken, the shipment was probably lost. and that they would send a new order.
I am still awaiting the shipment to arrive.

Thank you for sharing your expericence with these guys. They never answered any of my e-mails, sent them three or four, as I recall, including a final warning to respond, before I ended up disputing payment via Paypal and cancelling the order. So yeah, probably not fraudulent, just not always on the ball.

I'm still waiting, after 2 and a half months to see my order change from processing, to sent.
Sendt several messages, but haven't received any reply at all.

I am waiting almost 9 months now. Last email contact was in last January. They stated that they shipped the order out again for the third time,.. I asked if it could be shipped out registred but they answerd that they only ship by regular mail. So you have no proof that they have shipped it out or not. My honoust oppinion: they are NOT trustworthy
Today in one of the FB groups I read that somebody recieved patches what he ordered about two years ago, also from Astraroth....

Well today I got a real surprise !!
I recieved patches from Astoroth what I ordered 13 months ago.
Never expected anything to arrive from them.
I've sent several emails to them in the past year, explayning that I still haven't revieved my order yet.
They replyed and said that they have sent the order again.
After a few months still nothing arrived and I contacted them again, and then also they said that the order was sent out again (3rd. time)
Well finally I recieved the order today, only don't know if more will come because of repeatedly the order was sent out to me.
I'll wait and see what will come in the future.
