Slayer Batch of Home-made patches!

Made these over the last week. I was trying many methods of making my own patches and I came up with my own personal way of doing them. Rather than stencil or trace the logo, I drew them out which can be seen by the roughness of a couple of them. It took many attempts to finally be satisfied with a final one and I will probably re-do a couple of them throughout the future as I want to.

I used Sharpies, a bit of acrylic paint, and occasionally a fabric pen (although I personally feel sharpies make much better outcome. The ones done in sharpie are Overkill, Destruction, Dark Angel, Sodom and Kreator. The ones with fabric pens are Venom and Artillery and finally Metallica and Slayer are done with acrylic.

I used the pockets of old jeans for the fabric. It was an off white color and bit coarse to give the patches that old feel.

I'm still trying to find good fabric for using sharpie on to draw logos and am open to any advice on making my own patches. I have tried the stencil method, but cannot make a good enough stencil. If anyone has tips on fabrics and colors and other methods, let me know! Thanks!
