Hello,
I'm new here, and so far, I love the place, but I'd just like to get a firmer grasp on the eighth point in the rules: 'Some items that are not directly "metal" are allowed, just don't kill it with your favourite madonna collection'. TShirtSlayer has a zero tolerance policy, so I wanted to understand this better. Like how much non-metal band memorabilia/non-music related memorabilia are we allowed ot have uploaded? I have a back panel full of patches for my vest I'd like to upload, but it's of miscellaneous patches including gaming and TV, and other patches I just thought were cool. Additionally, there are ~five more patches that haven't been sewn anywhere yet, too. Please let me know your thoughts, and I thank you for your clarifying on this matter.
Thanks for your patience with a greenhorn!

There's a decent evel of tolerance. I would ask yourself before uploading, "Would a metalhead actually want to see this?" A vintage David Bowie shirt probably appeals to must of us, since we all dig vintage shirts as well as Bowie's influence within rock / metal. A vintage national park tshirt, or sports jersey, better hold off on that. Unless it was owned by like Peter Steele and you have proof.

I hear you. It's just a complicated mess because these patches are going onto back panels (they're interchangeable) for my battle vest (which has metal band patches on it). I just don't want to get the banhammer, is all.
