Definitely have a good few I can list but what stands out most recently is I got an original Bolt Thrower Cenotaph square patch signed by the entire band including late drummer Martin. The patch was signed a very long time ago too

Bootleg of Napalm Death Scum 4in x 4in, 100% woven. I had gotten it off of Yahoo Japan Auction and needed a 3rd party Deputy service to make the bid and ship it to me. Costed me ~$30 USD (it was just like $15 for the auction but deputy services have tons of fees,) and it took MONTHS (like 5-8) to get to me because the deputy service was going under a difficulty time in their life; months prior it took only 1.5 months to ship something big to me with the same service.

Massacre: From Beyond (pewter Pagan pin). Found it on accident while searching for a different pin, and won it at a good price. Very few have been uploaded here!

Not a score, but more of a missed opportunity. I remember going to a record shop and coming across a Metallica single from the album Master of Puppets, but I recall vividly having "Battery" as the title. The album cover was more orange-ish version of the original MOP album art.
