Just for the interest of accuracy, 1993 is the copyright date for H.R.Giger's "Life Support" sculpture.
This particular Carcass t-shirt design was only printed from 2008 and onwards.

The copyright is relating to Giger's "Life Support" artwork, as previously explained.
Take it from someone who's been collecting Carcass religiously since 1992: this shirt was not released in 1993.
