I was in the middle of a trade when I stopped being able to access TSS. I get a 404 code. My iPad, PC and phone with different browsers...nothing worked.
I was told by a different user that TSS was live...so I checked via mobile connection...it finally connected.
...my home IP is blocked...no idea why. The only guess is sending a link to the USPS in a message just before it happened. Any solutions to get this problem fixed?
well the big obvious question is, that you could have told me before i need to ask you and write this annoying long sentence is WHAT IP DID YOU USE? (or PM it to me)
okay my situation is similar but different. So I don't know if sending IP in DM would work for me. I can't access from my both my laptop and my wife her laptop, no matter the browser or VPN I use. I can connect from both our phones even on wifi. I can connect on a tablet and I can connect on both our desktop PCs. But on the 2 laptops ( my laptop is my main tss device) I can not enter the site. Since VPN does not work on laptop but wifi/ethernet on all other devices I feel like IP is not my problem. But maybe I'm wrong. I don't know much about computers etc

Somehow your board software lost the compatibility to Safari or is blocking Safari browser by default. Did you update lately? Sometimes updates can fuck things up instead of improving.

You removed the huge list but I still cant connect on my work laptop (which is my main device I use all day)
To give a list of devices I use in my house which I use and have tried. All on same internet.
All of these have been tested with multiple browsers and with and without VPN
My macbook (latest software): 404 Not Found nginx
My wifes macbook (not up to date): 404 Not Found nginx
My desktop/gaming PC (Windows 10): I can reach the site fine and write this comment.
My wifes gaming PC (Windows 11): we can reach the site fine
iPad with latest iOS: we can reach the site fine
My phone (a bit older iPhone with older ios): can connect fine with or without wifi
My wifes phone (newest iPhone with latest ios): same as my phone, connect through both our wifi and 5G
I also normally use Ubuntu for another job but that PC actually died last month so cant test Ubuntu now. No rush in picking up a new device for that atm.

it was your user-agent, strangely, that same user agent is what the robots were using when they flooded the website

I just checked TSS on my phone with wifi and it worked...I thought it was my IP but apparently it's the device.
The guy up above was right...Mobile only...no PCs or tablets.
