That's the original design, although the backprint is of course from the Arise tour. Looks much cooler than the original 89-90 BtR tours backprints, those were the generic kind (Sodom, Kreator had similar). I believe the US versions of the tour had the Sepultura in the classic top position in bright yellow, I'm just not sure which tour (Arise or BtR) and finally, there is also a version with the old logo, from '89. I'm not even sure if the one you posted the link to is an original but if it is, it is very new.
