Experimental browsing interface tweaks

basically the bottom of the screen is fixed with a carousel/slider that contains items of the same band-name as the one you're viewing

if you mouse over any of the thmbnails then the page will magically update with that entry's full details

the actual carousel is draggable left/right so you can explore ALL the items

I like it looks like a good idea. Might be handy if you could also hide it, just for the people that dont want it ??

Reminds me of eBay showing what else the seller has.

I like the idea but maybe make it a bit smaller and have blocks of 5-6?

The red background behind the images is too much. I'd make the background, rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.75), and put a smaller margin around the images, then it will be much less prominent. And since you're setting at least 7 cookies (including Google Analytics), you might consider making this optional, but save the setting in a cookie, or even better via JavaScript localStorage.

Sounds good, because it could be easily used to work for most viewports.
