Very interesting idea and I'm curious to see how it turns out at completion! Are you concerned about the corner overhang at the bottom at all?

I do wonder how it will wear over time but I have many vests and cycle through them so I’m sure it’ll be fine for a longer time than if it was my only one. I’ve taken a lighter to the underside of them to solidify any stray threads so that should help. It feels no different than usual when sitting, the vest sits a little higher than normal to begin with.

You keep coming up with crazier and crazier vest ideas! This one is going to look radical as you add onto it. Are you finding a lot of variations with the size of the triangle patches as you collect more and more?

Thanks bro! 🤘🏻 Haha yes they vary quite a bit based on the maker. Bootlegs tend to be much larger or smaller so there will have to be some overlap. I can’t wait to get the whole thing filled. Hoping it’ll look like patch chainmail 😂
