I've listened to a lot of Ozzy lately so went looking for an extra Ozzy patch for my jacket. Found a great "Bark at the Moon" one and the seller also had a great Maiden "World Slavery" patch and a Dio "Europe". Bought these also. Hidden away in a box of old stuff (I've moved quite a few times these past years) I found the first patch I ever bought (Dio, World Tour 1986). I think it was in 1988, I was 10 years old (38 now) and I bought it because of the nice dragon. Don't think I knew Dio's music at the time. In the same box I found the Slayer "Seasons" patch. Another golden oldie that I thought I had lost years ago. Well, all these patches ofcourse needed to go on the vest so I had to re-arrange quite a bit. In the process replaced and added some other patches as well. That old box revealed another jewel from the past; the little coppery thing at the bottom of the front next to Testament is the eartag of my first pig. May she rest in peace.

Wicked update mate!!! Always good to find stuff you think you had lost whilst moving.

Yes. Very happy to have found that Dio patch again. Just a piece of cloth but still...

For sure man! Not a piece of cloth, A piece of your life story.

That's a great jacket and a cool story to go with it. I'm really digging the monochrome (nearly...) back and coloured front mix you've created. Big thumbs up!

Been away from TSS for some time, so I just saw this right now. Awesome vest! I absolutely love the coloured front and the black and white back! Did you have all those white patches custom made? The new additions to your vest look great btw! Those are some real gems! And to conclude, great taste in music! I'm 38 as well and grew up listening to a lot of the bands on your jacket.

Thanks for the kind words. Glad you like it! No. None were custom made. Bought most of them at the Goddess of Desire shop and some online at Depressive Illusions or at festivals. I wanted the front to also be black, white and a little red but some colored patches sneaked onto it. Very happy with the result.
