Yeah, i like this song too, a cool rocker. But i'm digging more their old stuff, all the punk stuff and the "Hail the new dawn" album, which is probably their best imo. The rawness went missing on the later albums and partially sounded boring to me, except for a few songs. Also the production ruined some albums, like on the last album were the drums sound like wet cardboard but the guitars for some reason have roar and punch, just weird. However, last weekend i was playing "On the Streets" like 20 times in a row, still gets me pumped. Some months ago i've watched an old concert from late 1992 i think, were SD played in germany, but half the band was missing, probably couldn't enter the country. One of the opening acts was Störkraft (great band btw, lots of Heavy Metal influence and very deep, gruff vocals) and the bassist/singer and lead guitarist of Störkraft jumped in, playing the whole SD set. I gotta say, the Störkraft drummer looked like a technical genius compared to the SD drummer, who one played caveman beats and had timing problems, haha. Still, was a cool show. Check out "Sörkraft Gekaufte Realität" or "Störkraft Imperator der Gewalt" on youtube if you want, somebody uploaded some songs of them again a while ago.
Will definitely check Sorkraft and that video out, appreciate the tip. I agree with you that the production value did decline after Hail The New Dawn, which is a ripper from start to finish. "All Skrewed Up" has a similar vibe to it, must have been their early agression. RIP Ian \m/

Sorry, had a typo. The band is called Störkraft.
