DEEP PURPLE Perfect Strangers logo-enclosed line-up original t-shirt (1985), still sealed/bagged
New old stock takes on its full meaning here... Here we have an official, original tee which is still sealed in what appears to be its distributor packaging, the brand being seemingly named O.K. The code on the sticker is quite easy to decipher: TDPM 1 stands for T(ee-shirt) D(eep) P(urple) M(edium) 1 probably standing for the first issue of a Deep Purple tee by the brand.

The design shows clear signs of yellow/brown.ish discoloration on bottom (sunfade of sort?), which might be solved with a good wash.
Now, that's quite the dilemma. This artefact is such a time capsule that I don't know if I want to rip it open. I'm not personnally interested in keeping it, so it must go at some point. But what to do, leave it as it is as it's per se quite an incredible collector's item, or open it to try and wash it gently to offer its potential new owner a carfully curated item? Damnit!
I think that if anyone's interested in it as it is, I'd sell or trade it. I'd otherwise resort to a deflowering I assume.
