Obituary "Slowly We Rot" shirt 1989
Fuck! Remember when you first heard "Slowly We Rot"?? Those ice cold, razor-blade, Celtic Frost on STEROIDS riffs, and then JOHN FUCKING TARDY's VOICE or SOMETHING comes in that sounds like a guy with his throat scraped out with a broken bottle HOWLING, gutturally from the center of some demonic shit-storm hurricane??? My God, NOTHING was as harsh or blew me away with more force than when I first heard the "Slowly We Rot" lp back in '89. Had to have an original shirt from that time. This one does not have the tour dates on the back--I've seen originals that do--but I'll keep wearing this one until I find one...
