Alice in who?? LOL. They just don't seem to fit with "The Big Three" It's like Metallica was busy or something so they got Alice in Chains to join the tour so they could have a fourth. LOL I thought AIC was more grunge-alternative...yes/no?

well as u know the fued was still hot with metallica and megadeth and AIC according to my gf's step dad was ALOT more heavy and a much better band back then so at the time he said it was a great band with the rest of the line up.

The story behind this tour goes like this: Death Angel were originally chosen to be the opening act on this tour but some weeks before the tour they had a road accident where their drummer was critically injured and he had to stay at the hospital for six months or more. Now, why they chose AIC to replace Death Angel, that's another story. For more information, check the "Get Thrashed" documentary.

I saw that tour in Sweden, Slayer & Anthrax was so fucking good!
Megadeth sucked and i didn´t see AIC.

that was the year Death Angle was supposed to play with them and as Metal Thrashing dad said above that was the year that Death Angle's tour bus got in a car accident so they where out for the show.

....and how it comes now that WE here in europe had Testament as opener act on this tour?

Or we had 2 Clash of the Titans tour...and i only know one of them?

There were two Clash of the Titans tours. The 1990 European Clash of the Titans tour had Slayer & Megadeth as rotating headliners and Testament & Suicidal Tendencies as opening acts. Here is one of the shirts from the tour: http://tshirtslayer.com/item/clash-titans?#
The 1991 American Clash of the Titans tour had Slayer, Megadeth & Anthrax rotating as headliners and Alice In Chains as opening act. This one is a shirt from that tour.
