40 years ago, Head East released their debut record, Flat as a Pancake. 40 years later, Head East are still road warriors, playing clubs and theaters throughout the Midwest year round and carnivals in the summer. Some of the best 70s hard rock you'll ever hear. This is the reissue by A&M records released a year later in 1975.

Haha thanks?! Lol. Head East is actually gonna be doing a show with an orchestra at the end of June. Its a five hour drive...but tickets are $20 and my dad could pull that off in one day :D

It's definitely gonna be unique. To be honest Head East is the last band I'd imagine doing a show with an orchestra haha. I could see Cannibal Corpse doing it before them hahaha. I thought they would suck live now like most bands do from that generation but I was watching videos of when they played our state fair with REO Speedwagon n Styx n from the video footage, it seemed they blew both bands away. REO always sucked in my opinion n Styx isn't too good live anymore. The guy that plays Dennis DeYoung has lost his voice. Still debating if I should go see Dennis in March...btw, he still has the voice.
