Maybe rare, but definetly not rare as hell... Seen this several times going on eBay for around 60euros on NM-/NM- condition.

I tend to exaggerate in English language. Of course it is not impossible to find, it is no avatar Single, no Soundhouse Tapes and no From the Fjords. But still it is extremely hard to get i had the experience.
I just saw it once in a German mailorder for 60 and still could beat myself not buying it back then.
