Shah - Beware Longsleeve Battle Jacket | Cold(er) Weather Jacket |
While I'm collecting patches for my main jacket, I decided to make this for cold(er) weather. (It doesn't get that cold on the Californian coast.)
All hand stitched by me :)
Not usually a big fan of printed stuff, but there are limited options for a Shah backpatch and I knew that's what I wanted. Last photo is a close up of the stitches.

Hand stitching a backpatch sure is a pain in the ass, but it pays off. Are you planning on adding anything to this? Off to a great start!

Definitely, I love sewing though and it definitely holds up great! I whip stitched it so it holds on better, but I usually don't whip stitch regular size patches.

Going for a Shah-only jacket then haha! That's great man. Always liked that distinctive style of USSR Thrash, it's a bit more punky at times. Круиз and Коррозия Металла are great examples of this aswell.

Yes! Very cool unique sound. Kruiz saw Shah and loved what they heard! They had Shah support them numerous times.
Hopefully by the end of the this year I'll have my main jacket mostly done. That will have Shah, and Коррозия Металла on it as well. \m/

Yeah Shah were one of the first Thrash bands in Russia, if not the first, so definitely paved the way!
