US Thrash featuring Larry of Possessed/Primus and Les Claypool of Primus. This album was produced by Kirk Hammet and has a very Infernal Majesty sounding production.

Of course this shirt was printed in 2010.
There's a recording on both sides, but the track list is different from the rip I heard- Mine looks exactly like this. The tape is identical and the number is red.

Faked up set of dates done as a joke, Blind L. never even made it to Europe, i haven't seen this design before but the album was out early 88 so must be from around then.
