Shipping from Russia to Sweden closed

I have found a couple of patches and such I really am interested in buying from a seller located in Russia. The problem is that the post service in Russia apparently won’t deliver to Sweden (other countries blacklisted too). I don’t know how long it will last but it is really unfortunate.
He says shipping to Germany works, so I am thinking that I would need to find someone in Germany who is willing to send the package on to Sweden.
