Talked to PayPal and my bank already and sent him a refund request multiple times but no luck. I'm not crying about the money, but I'm glad that he is getting exposed and something is being done do he doesn't scam anyone else, thank you DoctorDeath for all that you are doing, I hope everyone else gets their money back. I know I learned my lesson, even though I had bought so much merch and never had an experience like this. \m/
man...try saying to paypal that you've put in incorrect email....its worth a try. I heard some success stories...just create a new email that is similar to the one you sent money to.
and i also recommend using credit card via paypal instead of bank account, if youre sending via friends/family. At least you will have two strings you can pull instead of one (paypal). I used to work with a guy who called credit card company and cancelled his dinner charges at restaraunts, saying that he got food poisoned. Rich guy too hahah

And if you sent the money as friend/money, you can ask for the insurance through your bank, they will contact PayPal and probably you can get a refund from the bank.

I am afraid, it will be very difficult for Tzinaka to get any money back from personal checking/savings accounts, after paypal direct withdraw. Bank will just delegate this to paypal. Credit Cards on the other hand are always insured and its very easy to get your money back. I've never insured personal accounts, unless i use it for investment but its usually hedge insurance in case investment falls through. Not sure if anyone here actually insures their accounts, unless they keep very large sums of money there.

This experience also taught me more how PayPal and my bank work towards a case like this, and talking to them I learned how to do it safe next time. As I said I never had this issue before either you believe it or not. When the seller having a PayPal business account I send extra when they request it. This is not about being a tight ass about $2. About becoming a supporter I wrote I would and I meant it, and even click on the link you sent me, if I had the funds on PayPal I would had done it right there. I was waiting for lunch time to go the bank and deposit some cash since the account is very low and have some card charges going through today. And yes no more family/friend PayPal payments from now on
