yeah, i love the idae of the flags.
cake is a great idea.

but:
how many shirts should be made?
should we make a list where you can sign in and ONE user "makes" the shirts? (of course collecting money earlier)

Great idea, maybe on front a parody of the original logo (don't know how but maybe one of the many creative users in here does).

About the flags, there are going to be ALOT of different flags, about 3/5 of those flags would represent less than 10 users a country, some would even represent 1 user a country.

I really like bayerns idea, a cake (perhaps with the logo printed on it) with a chainsaw to cut it, or a guitar with big stacks or something like that.

I got an idea of my own I'll probably try and film/make an homage to t shirt slayer; I also agree with said comments about the cake photo and people doing t shirt slayer action shots for the birthday.
I think a birthday shirt could work if it just had some simple message on the back.

I wonder if there is some kind of way we could all post a greeting and make one giant you tube video...but...now I realize in my head, that it probably wouldn't work, due to video length....

Cool ideas!
I think possibly it would be cool to have a kind of crossover-esque design at the front. It could possibly include a moshpit-like scene full of metalheads. Kind of like a leaflet/sketch design, which would look really nice black on a white t-shirt or vice versa. And then the logo at the top and some catchphrase at the bottom.
