I'm not sure about Toronto, but if you can get down to Hamilton. There is a small store called Rock'N'Tees with patches/band shirts/spikes/boots/bullet belts/jewelry. There is a nice collection of black metal here, i often buy from them. And the owners are into their metal...

Thanks but i'm not much of black metal fan though.

There are a few t shirt shops down one of the main downtown streets. I forget the name of the street but it has a lot of varied attractions. Make sure to check out the hippy section ear China town and hit up the Hot Box Cafe. It's a vaporizer lounge.

Eastern Canada has more stores and places than western Canada, you will find something, no need to worry, you have it easy! Here's an example: http://www.catacombscds.com/
there are also some punk/metal places around the Yonge & Dundas area, some head shops actually carry some interesting band shirts as well as bracelets and possible patches/spiked leather things....I haven't been there in a long time though. I've heard Sonic boom has a decent enough metal selection http://sonicboommusic.com/, but it's likely most of the places you are looking for will be round the Southern part of Ontario and Toronto, look for a place called Rock n something....uhh Rock and Tree? It had a good selection, but it's a bit of a ways out from main Toronto!
