Tool Yersinia Pestis

Weight - summermode 3,5 kg; wintermode 4 kg
Everything was done without any kind of mashine if anyone wonders. I used only a metric crapton of needles and thread.

I started in 2005 and am currently working my way into the guts, probably giving it at least one more layer from the inside. It is already reinforced with leather on most of the weakest parts (since the base is over 40 years old) and the rest will be done with linen and patches.

If anyone wants to see what I am working on right now send me a message though it might take some time for me to reply.
I put in one Detail Shot for some Bands that were not visible until now.

I'm super jealous of those two Bloodbath patches! Especially the 'skulls' patch on the Jack Daniels BP.
Overall a crazy and hectic vests with some top choices in metal (Elder, Tool, Finntroll, and many more)

Thanks man, I appreciate it! I bought every Bloodbath Patch available at the time in the store and since they are seemingly always limited you rarely see them elsewhere.

Not my thing/style at all but the time and dedication put into this jacket is really something! :) Doesn't look like anything else,battle jacket wise, with the patch covered sleeves, hoodie and all but still very German in style. Nice variation among the bands and patches as well! I like the red embroidery that is here and there, is it just decoration or some kind of reinforcement?

The embroidery is both decoration and reinforcement, also not quite done yet. I am aiming for a bloodvessel kinda look. Working at the reinforcement on the inside right now plus of course adding more patches and embroidery. When I am done with that Step I'll work on the surface again.

It is about 3.5 kg as is. With the inlay for the Winter it is about 4 kg. The actual jacket was a coat my father got during his time in the german army, when he was about 18 years old (may he rest in peace).

Thanks! It is a bit heavy on the shoulders but does not restrict my movement more than any other long coat.

The amount of work you did to create this is truly impressive! Congrats for your dedication!
I'm just curious: how much does it weight? It gives me the impression of being very heavy.
