This was one of my covid projects. Build this jacket more or less from scratch, used a very thin vest as my base and added jeans cut outs as the second layer. My inspiration were some crusty jackets I’ve seen on here and a brown 70’s leather jacket with fur that kind of had these big seams. I sewed everything by hand and the seams are very solid. Even the backpatch with the shape have kind of like a „frame“ of the 3-D seams. Really satisfied with how that turned out. The Possession backshape is not the white faux-leather that came with the vinyl but a T-Shirt cut out backed with vliesline, such as the None shall see redemption artwork.
I lost a lot of weight the past few years and unfortunately that vest doesn’t fit anymore. I added all measurements on the pictures. The problem is that the backpatches can’t be removed without destroying them and I didn’t want that. That's the only reason for me to give it away. I’ve had some patches on the front and removed them, so it’s perfectly able to add patches. I thought maybe someone here might give it a second home and add theirs to it. I don’t want much for it, I’d be rather happy when I don’t have to throw it away but I need to get space for jackets that fit now. So if you’re interested just hit me up!
