It's covere in studs from old belts of mine, fake blood from shows, real blood from fights, bong water, cocaine and patches I've gotten mostly at shows, and it has signatures: Jerry Only of the misfits, Michael Morgan of Suicidal Tendencies, all of Amon Amarth, and every member of Ghoul!
