ha, man... they were to play our local club... but since Megadeth did a festival close to were i live that weekend, they cancelled the show because they think nobody will show up.... fuuuuuuckkk was i pissed !!!!!!!

This sucks ! I can understand the band's/promoter's decision, Megadeth are significantly more popular. But nodays, Sacred reich are far superior in their concerts than Megadeth. It's a shame that younger audience prefere to see classic-but-tired bands like the big 4, than more underground but killer bands like Nuclear assault,Demolition hammer and Sacred reich. Especially when you know that those bands won't be here to play for much longer.

But the worst part is that most likey very few metalheads will choose to see Megadeth that weekend since the festival totally sucks... first off it's not a metal festival...and then, in the old days it was a great festival, but in recent years it totally degenerated.... just lousy music and a gathering of local drunks looking how low they can go... so really, i'm pretty sure if they had Sacred Reich playing in our local club, it would have been packed.... stupid decision....

oh and they have a tradition at this festival of throwing beer at the performing bands... i'm really curious how good ol' Dave will react hahahahahaha
