Oh shit!
I have lots of fiend shirts but this is the first time this happens.
Are you sure is dry rot? Haha how can i fix it?

Nothing can be done to fix dry rot unfortunately... it’s not down to a brand, simply fabric dye process that went wrong with chemicals,.. mid to late 90s mainly... russian roulette really

I’ve had bad luck with Fiend shirts in particular - seems like they used whatever method of applying the black die that makes deadstock Fiend shirts prone to dry rot.

The best thing you can do is wash it in the most gentle cycle you have on your machine, use no detergent, just cold water, let out gently cycle, then as soon as it’s done pull it out and hang it. This might restore some strength to the cotton and it’ll stop the process of it rotting (washes away the acidity of the curing process that’s been eating the cotton). DO NOT DRY IT.
