Don’t think it’s an official, the blue logo makes me skeptical. The dozen or so ones on here are from 98’ with the white logo. I doubt that this is an early test print since it’s the only one with the blue logo on here so my conclusion is it’s a boot

Cheap or not. It has back and sleeveprint. More than other boots have ;) but those colours are ugly af indeed
