Well, at least they known worldwide and Pain is more famous in some way, I remember that "Shut Your Mouth" was sounding from every hole back in mid 2000's.

hmmm pain...not here i guess...I think our scene is a bit different. More US bands are famous here and of course Behemoth :)

Behemoth is popular everywere) You know what's interesting? Here, in Belarus, black metal became the most popular genre, after thrash, in heavy music scene. Every BM concert gathers tons of people. Oh, I forgot about the shitty gore/porngrind bands, they are popular here too, no chance for death metal...

here Behemoth sells out concert halls of almost 2k people.
Black Metal is very popular here as well. Bands like Watain will get 500 to 600 people in the club.
Death Metal is more or less like Black Metal. More popular bands will get 600 people in the door.
Thrash metal is good as dead here.
Venom will get 100 people max.
Toxik had about 20 or people at the gig in rundown club.

How the hell Toxik got only 20 people on their show? Couple years ago there was like thrash reborn or something, I guess it was only a trend, and it falled shortly, typical thing for a trend.
And Black now works almost like mainstream subgenre here, what's an irony!

thats 20 people including the local bands that stayed in the fan area....Venom had about 70 or so....yeah it was a short lived trend so it seems. Toxik were pissed as hell.
