I believe both these hoodies are reprints, just from different sources. As 'meaningless' already discussed in this post, http://tshirtslayer.com/tshirt-or-longsleeve/carcass-flesh-ripping-sonic... , the version that Carcass themselves printed had more dot shadowing behind the skeleton.
Both really awesome hoodies though!

Well, it may be old, but it's not "original" or official. The original print wasn't ever done on a hooded jumper. That info is from an ex-Carcass member, who I trust more than anybody for accurate information, as he owned all of those original shirts at the time they first came out.
Not to say that it doesn't look cool, though.
