Thanks, the King Diamond tapes were all released under Roadracer (now known as Roadrunner), with the exception of "The Spider's Lullabye" which was under Metal Blade. That's why they have a similar layout.

Nope, all first press. I have all the CDs as well, under Roadracer and the later catalogue under Metal Blade. ;)
