I heard from someone who ran a Pub that these mirrors were prizes in Arcades/Fairs in the 80's. They had a Megadeth one, and I asked them where it came from, and that was his answer

I wouldn't be surprised if that's true. It's a pretty odd collectable for bands to bother producing as standalone merch, haha. The only other I've seen in person is an Iron Maiden one of the Killers cover, in black and white with red printed band logo.
