Not only the tag, but the blurry license part and the shadows on the front. This happens when bootleggers try to photoshop separation from a photo they find online. Those tiny details have a hard time looking crisp, so in turn, they come out blurry. The shadows come out looking bad because they couldn't separate it correctly, and or found out it was bad on the test print, and didn't bother to correct the screen because of how labor intense that is.
