If it is a bootleg, it's very well done. Unfortunately, it's just generally hard to tell sometimes because even the authentic ones often used generic shirts like this (they were really all generic shirts, but some left the original tags intact - Winterland, for instance, was notorious for leaving the Hanes Beefy T tags on a number of prints). The only thing that looks somewhat suspect is that is an unusually elaborate copyright for a Blue Grape shirt.
In this case also the sewed tag is fake. I include an original one.

Why so much effort to build this ? A well printed modern licensed product should be enough appreciated by collectors.
