It's official, they've made a lot of allover shirts like this one in the 90's.

You made a point. I don't know if there's bootleg versions of these allover shirts. It seems that they have been a lot of reprints during the 90's to early 2000's so maybe some reprints don't have the copyright or it may be a bootleg.
