Do whatever you want, man, that's what a battle jacket is all about. Put whatever you want on there, add studs, chains, or whatever you want to your choosing, cut the whole collar off, do whatever you feel like \m/
If you're looking for ideas, I would clean up the front and organize where the patches are to make is little less cluttered. add some patches around the backpatch, too, maybe just a big logo strip on top or on the bottom. Good luck!
