I have a patch of this (woven [ebay]) and I finally found a translation, it's from the Metallica sub-Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Metallica/comments/5guvi1/james_in_alcoholica_s...

"It couldn't parse the first kanji since it's smudgy but a little googling gave me: "朱に交われば赤くなる!", apparently a Japanese proverb literally translated as "It will turn to red if you go to vermillion (another word for red)", meaning something like “If you lie down with dogs, you will get up with fleas”, but since it includes "turning to red" it neatly links with drunkenness etc. Cute t-shirt."

So, I think a fairly accurate translation would be: "Lie down with a drink, get up with a drink." 'Probably could make one of those "drink" words into beer or something else since the phrasing calls for an alternate version on "Red." ie. "Lie down with a drink, get up with a Beer."
