There recently have been national holidays ( 3 days ) in China, so maybe this is the reason for delay. I ordered also a few patches from this guy, never had problems with him. Hope you'll get your stuff :)

actually it's a 7 days long holiday, ended just yesterday. i got the patch long ago when it was out. the owner of TEP is quite busy recently, i suggest u guys be patient and wait abit longer.
