There's this website called The Metal Merchant. It's a German site but they shirts from bands like Assassin, Destruction, Sodom, Possessed, Hallows Eve, Living Death, Vendetta. I only ordered three shirts from the site. Its pretty legit. They only accept visa if your from the USA.

Blood Feast and Accusser are tough ones. Assassin, Darkness, Atrophy are fairly easy. Hypnosia has only made "Extreme Hatred" shirts. Would that be cool? Which purgatory? "Tied to the Trax" Purgatory? Or another one? Um ok for assassin the metal merchant website I gave you. Darkness go to black legion shop. Atrophy same.

I know two (German) sites, which have not been mentioned yet:
metalboerse.de
speedy-promotion.de
Metalboerse has (among many others) some reproductions of old patches (like Exumer - Rising from the sea or Sodom's Agent Orange stripe). Definitely a shop to check out although I can't say if you can change the language.
Speedy is another big mailorder, very reliable and fast. They have some exclusive patches like a Desaster backpatch (and so on). English language available.

Metalboerse.de is great and with the language thing, i wrote to them in English pointing out that as the site is in German it was hard for me to order and they replied in English and let me email them what i wanted and they got back to me with prices and payment details.
